# Your tools, working together.

The work often happens between applications: copying information, checking an update or passing a request to someone else. We connect those steps so your existing tools can do more together.

## Design the connection, not just the transfer.

Moving data is only part of the job. The same customer may have different identifiers in two systems; an update may arrive twice; a change may need approval. We design the handover around what the information means and what it should cause.

## Build on what you already use.

A website, customer database, booking tool or internal application may already do its own job well. We look at the connections it supports and develop the missing links, from a focused integration to a workflow spanning several systems.

- Synchronise records and reduce repeated data entry.
- Connect forms, enquiries and requests to the work that follows.
- Move documents and information between applications.
- Extend existing connections or build custom integrations.

## Know what happened. Know what needs attention.

An unavailable service or incomplete record should not leave people guessing. Depending on the workflow, we can make failures visible, retry interrupted operations and keep a record of what has been processed, without repeating actions that already succeeded.

Access, credentials and the information each system receives are part of the integration design. So is how the connection will be maintained when those systems change.

## AI, where interpretation helps.

Some steps follow clear rules. Others involve reading a document, understanding a request or preparing a response. AI can contribute to those steps, with the review and permissions appropriate to the task.

EurAI can bring models, assistants and coordinated agents into the workflow; EurCode connects them to the applications and actions they need. Human direction shapes how the parts work together.
