Hybrid
A considered combination.
Keep selected tasks within your environment and use external services for others. For example, a local model could organise incoming material while an authorised external model handles a specific generation task.
Know what goes where.
We map the information a task uses and where it is processed: instructions, retrieved material, results and logs. A hybrid setup needs a clear decision about what can leave the environment and for which tasks.
A model running locally may still rely on online sources or tools. If working without a connection matters, we assess the complete workflow, not only the model.
