General information on data processing
We process the personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide our content, services and a functioning website. The processing of personal data of our users takes place regularly only after consent of the user. An exception applies in those cases where prior consent cannot be obtained for actual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by law. The personal data of the person concerned will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies.
Provision of the website and creation of logfiles
Each time you access our website, our system automatically collects data and information from the system of the accessing computer. The following data is collected:
- Information about the browser type and the version used
- The operating system of the user
- The internet service provider of the user
- The IP address of the user
- Date and time of access
- Websites from which the user’s system accesses our website
- Scope of the data transmitted
The data is also stored in the logfiles of our system. This does not affect the user’s IP address or other data that enables the data to be assigned to a user. These data are not stored together with other personal data of the user. The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. In the case of the collection of data to provide the website, this is the case when the session has ended. If the data is stored in log files, this is the case after seven days at the latest.
Use of cookies
We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some elements of our website require that the calling browser can be identified even after a page change. The following data is stored and transmitted in the cookies:
- CSRF Token
- Session ID
We also use cookies on our website, which enable us to analyse the surfing behaviour of our users. In this way, the following data can be transmitted:
- Entered search terms
- Frequency of page views
- Use of website functions
When calling up our website, the user is informed about the use of cookies for analysis purposes and his consent to the processing of the personal data used in this context is obtained. In this context, a reference is also made to this data protection declaration.
Newsletter
You can subscribe to a free newsletter on our website. When you register for the newsletter, the data from the input mask will be transmitted to us:
- Name, company name, e-mail address, interests, affiliation, country, date and time of registration
The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. The user’s e-mail address will therefore be stored as long as the newsletter subscription is active. The subscription of the newsletter can be cancelled by the affected user at any time. For this purpose, it is sufficient to send an informal e-mail (in response to a newsletter received or independently thereof) to info@eurdesign.com.
Registration
Users that are the responsible contact persons for online projects have to register for the newsletter and will then be activated by the website administrator for the corresponding areas of the website. The data transmitted to us is the same as listed in the newsletter section.
It is possible to contact us via the e-mail address provided. In this case, the personal data of the user transmitted with the e-mail will be stored. The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. For the personal data sent by e-mail, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended.
